Fill out your order

Write your check to SDS Parents’ Club for amount of order

Turn in your spiritwear order to Adrienne Lacoste (MS/US Office), Wickie Willard (LS office) or Deborah Black (front desk)

Order form #1 is for hoodies and zip-up hoodies

Order form #2 is for polos, coolers and beanie hats Polos come in red, black, royal blue, navy blue, white, and many, many more.
